that's how it should be, me too, got out to the studio for the first time for ages yesterday, loved every minute of the work, but always exhausted afterwards, don't know how some of the big names ( e.g. Gerhard Richter, Frank Auerbach, Lucien Freud etc) paint every day and well intimidated their 80s or 90s!
I figure tired is fine as long as I get a good day in the studio, or garden for that matter, tho thats buried under feet of snow and only a dream at the moment.
