  1. This is beautiful even if I don't fully understand the sentiment behind it. It is empty but full of hope.

  2. On Dec. 6, 1989, an enraged gunman killed 14 women at the engineering school, École Polytechnique in Montreal. He separated the men from the women, had he men leave the room and shot the women. This had profound influence on me and my work.
