Where am I going now? |
The great thing about documenting work in progress is that I can see it on the computer, and rotate it, flip it, reverse it, layer it. All great ways to help me see what is working, what isn't and where it wants to go. Started to play with this image below, a composite, that really help me see possibilities.
I keep coming back to view your marks. They call to me and whisper of playing to be done...turn this one, flip that one, move this one over here and that one over there, stand back and view the new story...listen to the new whispers...then do it all again. What magical fun you are having. Thank you so, so much for sharing these with us.
ReplyDeleteThanks Jennifer for your lovely words. Some days I wish they would whisper a bit louder.
DeleteLooks like a lot of pregnant bellies to me, dripping with nausea and shaded with fatigue.
ReplyDeleteI hadn't thought of the shapes like that Tracy, I was worried that they might be perceived as fat worms, then I decided that was OK ,worms make for great compost.
DeleteThe linessuggestjourneys and endless possibilities to me. Love the huge format - a real impact Liz.
ReplyDeleteThanks Susan, Great to be working this large, and it certainly is a journey, actually quite an adventure.
