Experimenting With Illustrator

I've been meaning to do this for ages, experiment with Illustrator for my work, and finally got around to it. Usually I use Illustrator for type, it LOVES type and as I am not too familiar with the rest of the program I try to do everything else in photoshop. But I figured because I am using such simple shapes that it was worth a try. It's exciting leaning something new and the best way for me is exploring.  I haven't figured out how to use the anchor tool successfully, that the next thing to learn. Seems it might be useful.

  1. It is great to have the time to experiment, isn't it - or something in particular to drive the making of time to learn. I find that I use the same tools on my Painter program all the time, and really must also MAKE time to explore further!
I love your shapes and colours, and the effect of the lines.

    1. Hi Olga, it's interesting how the time just opens up, something that has been on my to do list suddenly gets done or started. I just upgraded my programs [it's been a while since i last did this] so I am discovering all sorts of new ways to work, ands new ways to go between them. So glad you are enjoying what's happening! Thanks
